On June 3th 2021, our community had a chance to welcome Mr.Jackson Mohr – CEO and Co-Founder of Polkawar to join in an AMA to give fruitful information about the key features and roadmap of Polkawar - a blockchain based NFT gaming platform and marketplace. Inspired by the recent crypto NFT and gaming narratives, PolkaWar will combine and synergize them both to build an attractive platform. The game allows every player to build a character and participate in battle against other players.
This AMA was held by CryptoFamily Group – the top crypto community in Vietnam, where investors and traders can obtain the lastest news and signals from bot/ admins, as well as discuss and share investment experiences in the crypto space.
At this AMA, the Mr.Jackson directly greeted the community and provided detailed information on Polkawar as well as some key products and future plans.

Question 1: Could you please make a brief overview of yourself and Polkawar?
Mr.Jackson: I’m Jackson Mohr, CEO & co-founder of Polkawar. Graduating from the national university of Singapore in 2002, I have many years of experience in the field of 2d & 3d game programming. Knowing the cryptocurrency market in 2016 as an investor, I have a lot of experience in the field of investment and management
In addition, I have more than 5 years of experience in the field of blockchain programming.
Polkawar is a decentralized fighting game platform on the blockchain network. Inspired by the NFT subfield, Polkawar will create a vivid fighting game world.
Players will build character systems with weapons and equipment with different levels, to engage in combat with other players; participate in quests in the game as well as buy and sell items in the marketplace.
Question 2: Next, please tell me the reason why we should choose your platform instead of other NFT gaming platforms.
Mr.Jackson: The current statistics show that less than 20% projects are related to gaming with most projects having mere concepts and no working products.
We realize that the NFTs combined with gaming will be the catalyst required for mainstream adoption and will contribute to the development of the general nascent NFT market, in the coming years. We create a completely different game platform, a game with high real combat, not just as simple as other NFT gaming.
The market share in the field of NFT gaming is still very potential, but there are not many projects to exploit.
Question 3: Could you please update some hot news or big events of Polkawar to the community?
Mr.Jackson: Currently, our project has raised 400k$ from 3 strategic partners: PolkaBridge, ChinaPolka and BMW Capital.

Question 1: I am really interested in playing games. So which kind of games will you launch in polkawar platform? What kind of weapons and equipments do you expect to introduce? Can any cryptocurrency be adopt for playing games in your platform? @Asela64578222
Mr.Jackson: We make a fighting game, 1v1 or team vs team.
Polkawar’s character system will have 3 types of characters: Warrior, Magician, Archer. There are a total of 5 levels. Each level has a different hp, mp, XP, and attack stats.
Total equipment and weapons will have 10 types (sword, big knife, tessen, bow & arrow, gun, scepter, a magic vase, armor, helmet,
Wing), and there are 3 different levels. Each level has different hp, mp, damage, accuracy stats. You can use BNB or PWAR token, to buy and sell on the marketplace
Question 2: I saw the POLKAWAR website. How amazing your website design is, I think POLKAWAR in the future will be a very demanding game with all the fun. Then, are there any special requirements so that our mobile devices can play games smoothly and easily? @ngotrihuynh
Mr.Jackson: Thank you for your kind words . First, we will run the game on the website platform first and then we will develop the application for mobile devices later.Of course we will try to make the game run as smoothly as possible. We aim for a simple game that does not need beautiful graphics, but it must show the game running on the blockchain and bring the Defi element.
Question 3: NFTs are undeniably a big deal in the blockchain space right now. There are an increasing number of NFTs being created across a broad range of platforms like music, art, gaming and collectibles. So how does Polkawar different from the other GameFi platform with NFTs concept ? @DngGiaPhong2
Mr.Jackson: Basically, NFT tokens all use the ERC721 or ERC1511 protocol, on Ethereum or BSC, there is no difference. The only difference is the concept of the project.
We are a fighting game, currently I have not seen any project that implements NFT fighting gaming completely.
Our Marketplace only buys and sells in-game items, not allowing players to create their own NFTs for sale. This is also different.
Another difference is the PolkaWar Logictics module, which can convert NFTs into physical items. I'll explain later
Question 4: To participate in trading on the PolkaWar marketplace, are there any requirements or any minimum or maximum fees? @Adam_Johnson_5
Mr.Jackson: There is no limit to the purchase and sale of items. As long as you have enough BNB or PWAR tokens, you can participate.

Question 5: Can you explain more about how PolkaWar Logistics works to convert NFT items to physical items? Are there any additional costs? And what are the ways we earn rewards? @Bigcity69298471
Mr.Jackson: PolkaWar Logictis system allows players to directly own their NFT items in the real world.
All NFT items on the market can be converted to physical items.
Example: You have a sword (NFT item) level 1 and you want to own that sword at your home. You just need to send the request to the PolkaWar Logistics system. PolkaWar team will process and deliver it to you at the required address.

During the game, players can do missions to get rewards such as upgrade stones, PWAR tokens, experience …. Before go to the battle, you will bet some amount of token with another player (or other team), when you win you will get that bet amount. These are some ways that you can earn rewards
PART 3: BEST LIVE QUESTIONS CRYPTOFAMILY GROUP
Question 1: Could you please provide some info about your Roadmap and how Market is progressing so far?
Mr.Jackson: In Q3, we will release testnet of the game and marketplace. Of course, testnet will run on Binance Smart Chain. It’s good blockchain with low fee and fast speed.
In Q4, we will run mainnet of the game and marketplace. And we will also develop the game on Casper network.
Question 2: How do we get a character or other item in the game? will Polkawar give prizes to the players ?? if so, what are the requirements so that we can get the prize?
Mr.Jackson: At the beginning, when the player logs in by connect their wallet , the system will automatically initialize the character at level 0 (warrior, magician, archer)

Question 3: Polkawar will launch a game on Casper Blockchain this Q4 2021, so why choose to launch in Casper Blockchain? What advantages did you see from them in this collaboration and to users and gamers of Polkawar? Aside from Casper,which other Blockchain you wish to launch a game?
Mr.Jackson: Casper network is a new blockchain platform that has many advantages and differences compared to the rest of the competitors. It inherits the good aspects of the Ethereum blockchain and improves on its weaknesses, such as the problem of almost zero transaction fees and very fast speeds, using POS.
Moreover we wanted to try something new, especially the Casper ecosystem is small, so we decided to aim to Casper. I believe that if PolkaWar successfully builds on Casper NetWork, it will be a very significant breakthrough for us.
Next time, we will coordinate with the Casper team to conduct construction. Of course, the first step is still to run on Binance Smart Chain first
Others, we will also aim to build PolkaWar Marketplace on other blockchain like PolkaDot, Matic …
Of course, it will take a long time to develop
Question 4: Marketing strategy is very important. A product can be established on the market without marketing and promotion, whatever it is good. So what are your plans for this? How will you build strong relationships with communities?
Mr.Jackson: Marketing is an important and necessary element of every project, especially at the early stages of a project.
we have good staff so this should not be a problem either.
To expand the market and introduce project to more people , we will regularly attend AMAs, meetings, online and offline events…
In the near future we also carry out advertising campaigns through KOLs, airdrop , giveaways campaign. I think those are effective approaches at first.
Question 5: Just recently, PolkaWar have secured a funding of $400,000 from your strategic partners in an exclusive private sale conducted this month. The amount raised was quite big, so how do you plan to use it and is there now an exact date for your upcoming IDO on different launchpads?
Mr.Jackson: 400k$ is only half the target haha. I think 400k$ is not too big a number, even 1M$. Because a project wants to develop a long way, finance is especially important. You will find this very effective during the downtrend season.
In the downtrend, most projects will die because they do not have enough financial resources to supply
We will use that money for project development, marketing, salary ,coding, listing exchange , expand market...., as you know, a successful project will have to spend a lot of money to develop all aspects.
We are in the private sale round for KOLs and VC.
Public sale will be conducted in June, on PolkaBridge and more platforms under discussion
