On April 6th 2021, our community had a chance to welcome Mr. William Evans – Marketing Manager of KJOB Network to join in an AMA to give fruitful information about the key features and roadmap of of KJOB – a very first blockchain-based job exchange which is a decentralized network connecting Freelancers and Jobs together on the Binance smart chain platform.
This AMA was held by CryptoFamily Group – the top crypto community in Vietnam, where investors and traders can obtain the lastest news and signals from bot/ admins, as well as discuss and share investment experiences in the crypto space.

1. First, could you please introduce briefly about yourself and Kjob Network?
Mr.William Evans: Hi everyone, I'm William Evans. I am the marketing manager of the Kjob project. Kjob.network is a blockchain-based job exchange. #KJB is the governance token of the Kjob.network platform

2. Next, could you tell me something about the occasion that brought you to the blockchain industry and this project idea?
Mr.William Evans : My predestination to blockchain was that one day I was working on a freelancer site nd I came up with an idea, why don't I apply blockchain technology to real life. Specifically, it will help job tenants and freelancers around the world connect with each other via blockchain. Payments will be transparent on the blockchain network,
specifically, here is the binance smartchain network. Transactions are logged by the network and no one can delete or modify them.
3. What are the objectives and goals that you plan to achieve in the near future? Share with us some of your plans to expand in the Vietnamese market.
Mr.William Evans : Kjob project's upcoming goals and vision. In the second and third quarter of 2021 we will start raising capital and completing the website. The roadmap can be tracked on our official website. Market development plan in Vietnam. We will conduct group creation and will have activities with rewards for the Vietnamese community

Mr.William Evans: The feature that makes Kjob.network different from other FreeLancer platforms is: We use blockchain to decentralize and reward people working on the network through KJB tokens, the employer will also use the token KJB to pay wages for freelancers. Plan to compete with other platforms, we can make fast payments through the binance smartchain network, furthermore applying blockhain will help make payments transparent, moreover token holders can stake to get interest
2. Who are your potential customers & which market are you targeting?All project coins have Utilities & are used in real life! can you tell us what the main role of coins in your ecosystem is?Explain its Utilities & Real life use cases?Why should I invest long-term in your currency? @john_labby
Mr.William Evans: Our potential customers are programmers and employers all over the world, we will connect them via Kjob.network and support KJB token payments on the BSC platform. The main role of KJB tokens in our ecosystem will be to pay, stake, and reward.
Our projects apply to life helps to shorten payment times and help make payments transparent through blockchain technology.
3. I want to learn more about KJB but very little information, the community is relatively empty and little information is shared. What strategy does the KJB team have to develop the community and retain users for the long term? @lopyman1998
Mr.William Evans: We have shared detailed project information in our whitepaper and on the official medium page of the project. We will spend a sizable amount of money on project marketing and will let Stake take profits on KJB tokens, and moreover there are many more surprises we will reveal over time. We currently have advertising cooperation with ThuanCapital.

Mr.William Evans: Yes we mentioned NFT, and it will have the effect of staking and decentralizing on Kjob.network. It will represent the ranks of KJB token holders on the Kjob.network network according to each level, evaluating the prestige of the employers and freelancers.
5. Security and stableness are indispensable for a project to grow big in the blockchain. What is the plan to protect users from rug pull, hackers, and scammers? Can you explain a bit about the governance and how long-term users can get benefit from them? @henze96103800
Mr.William Evans: We do not store or collect any user data, people can participate voting to decide project activities. New kjb users can use the services on kjob. Thank you for your question.

Question 1: What is your strategy for global expansion? Currently, which market is your project focused on? Or do you focus on building and developing to get customers, users, and partners?
Mr.William Evans: Our global expansion strategy
Will focus on 2 main subjects as mentioned above.: Employees and freelancers.
Currently we are focusing on developing capital mobilization for the project.We do use English in our main groups but I guess you can use any translator online and I believe there are also some integrated solutions directly with Telegram.
Question 2: Community is the key to the success of projects, so besides organizing AMAs, what strategy does KJOB have to reach out and exploit new investors? Mr. Mr.William Evans: In addition to the AMA. We will have bonus activities for KJB token holders and active people in the project
Question 3: Marketing is a central element for every project, so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieve the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and Investor to your project and keep them long term?
Mr.William Evans: Well marketing is very important to the project.
We are working with major partners to bring KJB to more people.
Besides, we will still attach great importance to the security of kjob.network network.
Question 4: Has your project been fully decentralized? and will there be any risk of centralization in the future?
Mr.William Evans: My project will be decentralized when issuing the NFT. There is no risk on our network, as we do not store user information.
Question 5: NFT is considered the next trend of the crypto industry after DeFi. Is there any possibility of adding NFT features in the KJOB NETWORK ?
Mr.William Evans: Right, We will be created the NFT market where everyone can easy exchange special artwork . NFTs become a compelling investment opportunity when you consider the art’s resale value. It’s similar to buying physical pieces of fine art. Put it this way, if you’re able to purchase a unique NFT and then potentially sell it for more than what you paid for, you could make a handsome profit.
Question 6: Almost 80% investors have just focused on price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value of the project. Can you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?
Mr.William Evans : We will launch bets to make KJB holders profitable. Moreover, when NFT launches, it will be possible to put NFT in to Stake with very high APY.
